Tina Athanasopoulos currently teaches Advanced Placement Psychology at John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Tina is also an Affiliate professor at North Park University’s School of Education. Tina received a BS in Psychology and Social Science Secondary Education from Loyola University of Chicago, an MA in School Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, and a CAS in Education Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tina has been part of the AP Reading for the past 16 years. She is currently an Assistant Chief Reader at the AP Reading. She has also served as a Table Leader and a Reader for the exam. Tina was a member of the Test Development Committee for AP Psychology from 2005-2009. Since 2001, she has also been a consultant for the College Board. Tina has presented at numerous conferences including the AP National Conference regarding topics in psychology, has hosted a conference for Psychology teachers in the Chicagoland, and has reviewed various textbooks.
