The leadership of CerV consists of the Board of Directors and Officers of CERV working closely with the Founder and President. Board members include leading attorneys, educational visionaries, business and marketing strategists, and philanthropic advocates. The program services will be developed and administered by in-house and outsourced staff in conjunction with board members actively engaged in programmatic services.
Financial reporting and 990 statements will be posted upon completion of the current tax year. Any questions regarding financial accounting, third party auditing and oversight can be made in person or via phone or email.
